"So, do you have any questions for me?" Just about every interview these days ends with this question, and your answer should always be an emphatic "Yes, I'm glad you asked." By the time you've reached the interview process, you've shown that your strengths are aligned with the company's needs. If you do not have smart questions prepared, you run the risk of the interviewer assuming you are not interested or haven't bothered to prepare.
